　　2. Use precision wire cutting process and high-precision CNC machining process.

　　3. Molds use advanced heat treatment technology, mold frames and pressure plates are hardened to 58-62HRC, with a minimum hardening depth of 1.2mm.

　　4. The matching clearance is between 0.3-0.6mm, precise vertical corners and smooth side walls ensure that the produced products are easy to demold, high precision, and burr-free around the edges.

　　5. According to customer requirements, molds can be designed and manufactured through welding or modular thread locking methods.
