  Honcha focuses on tailoring production line configurations to different customer needs, offering solutions from simple lines to fully automatic lines.

Semi-automatic production line process: The wheel loader puts different aggregates into the batching station for automatic ratio weighing, then mixes with cement from the cement silo. All materials are then sent to the mixer. After uniform mixing, a belt conveyor delivers the material to the block forming machine. After vibration and pressing, the formed products are swept by the surface cleaner and transferred to the plate lifter. Then, a forklift transports all pallets with products to the curing chamber for curing. After curing, the products are sent by forklift to the automatic plate lowering machine. The plate lowering machine lowers the products to the brick delivery machine and into the palletizing area for stacking, after which a forklift moves them to the finished goods yard. The pallets are cleaned by the sweeper, flipped by the flipping machine, and returned to the forming machine for reuse.

 

   ——Components——


  


  1. Batching and Mixing System

  The batching and mixing system consists of cement silo (fly ash silo), automatic batching machine, conveyors, compulsory or planetary mixer, cement scale, and screw conveyor. It meters and mixes raw materials per preset proportions and conveys them to the forming machine.

  ● The automatic batching machine can meter two to four materials; models can be selected according to the forming equipment requirements.

  ● The cement silo, together with the cement scale and screw conveyor, ensures more accurate cement dosing and reduces workplace pollution.

  ● PLC programmable control; simple and reliable operation; can be integrated into a central control system.

  ● Optional moisture sensing system measures moisture content of aggregates to control water addition and ensure product quality.

 

 

  2. Block Forming Machine
  The forming machine uses intelligent computer control with hydraulic transmission and vibration pressing. By changing molds, it can produce various concrete products to meet customer demands; multi-purpose, stable performance, high efficiency, and low maintenance. It supports real-time monitoring, fault alerts, HMI, and remote control.
  Optional block forming machine models for the semi-automatic line: Hercules 12, Hercules 15, and Hercules 18.

     

  3. Plate Lifter

  After surface cleaning, products are conveyed to the plate lifter; a forklift transfers all palletized products to the curing kiln for curing.

  4. Plate Lowering Machine

  The plate lowering machine feeds cured products to the brick delivery machine, then into the palletizing area for stacking. Pallets are returned to the forming machine by the return system for reuse.

  5. Automatic Palletizing System

  The palletizing system grips products from the pallets and cross-stacks them on the output conveyor, then transfers them to the packaging area, enabling automated downstream palletizing and packaging. The palletizer has four rubber-clad clamping arms, hydraulic operation, and 360° horizontal movement.
