The U18-15 pallet-free fully automatic production line is a wall and floor brick forming system independently developed by our company. Effective production area up to 1.3×1.3 m²; product bulk density up to 2400 kg/m³, water absorption below 6%; product weight tolerance only ±1.5%, strength tolerance up to ±10%; product height tolerance controlled within ±0.2 mm; automatic stacking immediately after forming, pallet-free, no auxiliary facilities, no consumables; single-shift capacity of 150,000 standard bricks. With automatic packing, only 3 workers are needed; later loading/unloading also requires no manual labor!
Immediately stacking after forming not only saves the large investment in pallets required by the traditional process, and the moving demolding of the forming main machine also saves links such as “lift table, down table, product transfer, rail car, and entry/exit of curing kilns”. The main machine also functions as a stacker, reducing many intermediate steps, reducing users' investment in supporting equipment and facilities, and making maintenance easier—truly saving both money and labor.
The equipment is suitable for manufacturing high-quality, high-strength concrete or fly-ash blocks and is one of the advanced and reliable models in the domestic market. Production lines with various configurations can meet most users' processing requirements and output needs for concrete products.
