For colored paving bricks and stone-like permeable bricks, the gap-graded mix leads to poor cohesion. During moving demolding, bricks may drop, and overlapping faces are easily contaminated. Therefore production must use pallets, with bricks and pallets stacked together for curing.

Neijiang Hengshida requested a retrofit, spending hundreds of thousands on labor and another 400,000 RMB to purchase 1,000 pallets. In recent years, a number of users in Jungar Banner, Shijiazhuang, Fujian, and elsewhere have upgraded as well. However, such after-the-fact retrofits are inconvenient when switching products and effectively operate as dual systems.

To increase compatibility and enable more diversified outputs from dedicated equipment, Honcha introduces a multifunctional pallet-free block machine. A receiving board can be placed on the stacking platform and products stacked layer by layer before being sent to the curing area. When producing colored paving or permeable series, the machine forms with pallets, then sends the bricks together with pallets onto the stacking platform, and the mixed stacks are sent to curing.
